Visualisation of measurement data with the following features:
- Control unit with 6” … 19” touch screen in black and white / colour screen
- Signal acquisition with connecting element for analogue measuring (4..20mA), full indicator,
empty indicator as well as other digital sensors
- Display of the silo designation, fully parametrisable
- Display “Filling in progress” (sensor required)
- Humidity display (sensor required)
- Display of messages (malfunctions, silo full, system messages) including message archiving
- Curve representation of filling levels / bulks including storage in data archive
- Visualisation on screen in graphic and numeric form
- Operation “Start of measurement” for silo pilot
- Specifications for silo designation, double spaced; material identification and item /
charge number, silo volume, bulk weight
- Conversion of silo content from filling level [0..100%] to bulk [t] and from bulk [t] to filling level [0..100%]
- Remote control for complete access from the operating network via MS Internet Explorer
- Generation of measurement reports for the cyclic capture of filling level / bulk in files (CSV files,
compatible with many systems such as MS Excel, MS Access, Wonderware InTouch, Siemens
Simatic World)
- Manual generation of measurement reports as well as at start and stop of silo filling
- Transmission of emails in the event of falling below adjustable critical values of the silo
(disengageable by silo)
- Display of filling level [0..100%] or display of weight [t]
- Illustration of the silo installation’s location plan on request
- Optional telemaintenance
